Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Hearty on the nose, with light hints of charred wood in the echo. Textured on the palate, spicy oaky notes play a predominant role, Granny Smith apples in the background. Allspice in the aftertaste.
