Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Medium carmine garnet, ochre reflections. Fresh cherries, a hint of raspberry pulp, fine herbal savouriness, some caramel and roasted aromas. Medium complexity, soft and silky, fruity texture, some nougat in the finish, already very approachable.
