Tasting Notes
The core of the wine is opaque garnet, a broad rim likewise shimmers with hints of garnet. Mint, milk chocolate and cream seem to embrace rich notions of red, juicy plum and dark cherry. The palate has immense concentration and acidity, the fruit, however, has an almost dried expression. This is big and bold, yet exquisitely fresh, with elastic, ripe yet firm tannins still spanning the palate. This echoes long with richest fruit and extraordinary acidity.
