Bernd Pulker is a wine freak of the radical kind and his Heuriger has long been a cult restaurant. On warm days, caravans of hungry day-trippers sit in the garden to enjoy the best roast pork between Vienna and Bregenz - and the rare wines.
In the kitchen and cellar, the focus is on the essentials, the unadulterated - and it does well: the Heurigen culture with its finger on the pulse of the times works thanks to the carefully selected gourmet dishes and old grape varieties that are allowed in the particularly gluggable Gemischter Satz.
Take a seat in front of the beautiful pleasure palace in the vineyards, the delicacies are as numerous and varied as the wines: Federspiele and Smaragde wines plus international gems - curated by Roman Horvath, MW. No wonder tables are in high demand!
Heuriger is somewhat off the beaten track, but whether you choose the various specialties from Pannonian Mangalitza pork, the Viennese ham or the creative salads, everything is excellent. You can also enjoy sitting in the beautiful inner courtyard or the barn of the old farmhouse.
Like the labels of the Tscheppe-Eselböck family's organic wines, the Heurige has also established an art form: Pannonian basics, such as Feuerflecken, are complemented with the gastronomic impressions of the well-traveled gastro connoisseurs. All this in a dream ambience with flair.
Günter Mittermayr's cuisine is unorthodox and yet completely dedicated to the region and its delicacies. Venison is served here as a red curry, outstanding "cold cuts" and delicacies in a glass increase the delight in these unusual gastronomic delights.

The Alphart family has always run the winery and wine tavern with a good mix of tradition, regionality and quality awareness. Culinary variety, often enjoyed in the courtyard, and of course the "Rodauner" as the star in the cellar call for a convivial get-together.
With a view of the city but surrounded by green vineyards, take a seat in this popular location for day-trippers and city escapees. In this prime location, you can sample fine snacks and a selection of wines that will also satisfy "natural" fans.
Heuriger meets country inn, both with a pleasingly high-quality finish. In the pretty Stammersdorfer Kellergasse, the kitchen serves regional dishes with a twist, including old Viennese pastries to finish. The cellar also serves excellent organic wines.

The winery covers all pleasures: excellent wines, fine dining and cozy rooms. In the afternoon, casual Heurigen cuisine delights. Fresh cheese ravioli, polenta with gammel, bacon or spare ribs from the wool pig, the cheese plate delights with no less than seven varieties.
