Mia and Rouven's pretty bistro serves delicious vegetarian Levantine cuisine, with organic meat on request. Fans love the mezze with hummus, falafel, labneh, the artichoke and walnut dip or the watermelon salad with mint and feta. A highlight is the shakshuka with feta snow. Beteh avon!

Creative hummus creations such as "Golden Hummus" with sweet potato and "Black Hummus" with black sesame cream and beluga lentils.
Named after the famous Carmel Market in Tel Aviv, the team conjures up vegan Israeli specialities by hand. In addition to six typical pita dishes with falafel, sabih and mushroom shawarma, there are delicacies straight from Israel. The honey-glazed Tel Aviv fries with aioli hummus are a real hit.
Elias Hanna Saliba conjures up authentic Syrian cuisine. Under the Alster arcades, you can enjoy the view across the water to the Rathausmarkt and delicious mezze such as hummus, falafel, tabouleh, nakanek and goat's curd. Everything is also available to go, but please don't leave without a glass of rose tea or a mocha with cardamom!
Lebanese street food on Grindelallee. Very good falafel, kebab and shawarma, in your hand or on your plate. But there is also international comfort food with fajitas and burgers, for example the chilli cheeseburger with jalapeños. Add Ayran - and international understanding is alive and well.
Delicious oriental food in a prime city location. Authentically seasoned, two different main courses every day, a varied selection of mezze, shawarma and fresh falafel. A highlight is the homemade hummus! For a sweet finish there is excellent baklava.
Syrian cuisine in all its vegetarian splendour and very uncomplicated. Grilled eggplant puree ("baba ghanoush"), walnut and bell pepper paste ("muhammara"), hummus and labneh yoghurt to start and then warm rice and eggplant casserole with dates and raisins, falafel and cauliflower with mint chickpeas.
A feeling of the Orient directly on Sternschanze. Falafel sandwiches, fried vegetables or a daily changing lunch menu. Something special? Arabic carrot salad finely spiced with cinnamon and cardamom or star shawarma with chicken, falafel, hummus and sesame sauce.
