Mozzarella salad with proscuitto and melon balls

Melon and prosciutto in a salad - tastes like summer in Italy.

Ingredients (2 servings)
2 slice(s) of prosciutto
2 Pk. of mini mozzarella
1 handful of rocket
1 cantaloupe

for the dressing

Ingredients (2 servings)
4 tablespoon(s) apple balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
salt
pepper
  • Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds, shape the flesh into balls using a Parisienne cutter.
  • Arrange the mozzarella, rolled prosciutto, melon balls and rocket on two plates.
  • For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and stir until smooth. Use to marinate the salad.
