Warming and wonderfully creamy, this classic combination of coffee, whiskey, and cream is a true favorite.

Ingredients
6 cl Irish whiskey
2 cl coffee liqueur
1 double espresso
Cream

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the cream in a heatproof glass, stir, and gently heat.

Shake liquid cream with an ice cube in a shaker for 10–15 seconds until slightly thickened, then carefully pour it over the back of a spoon into the glass so it floats on top.
