Bar Buoy launches Espresso Martini

The new cocktail is crafted with vodka, liqueur, organic espresso and sugar syrup.

Cocktail company Bar Buoy has launched a new product: its Espresso Martini is crafted with Dartmoor-based TORS vodka, coffee liqueur, Owens organic cold brew espresso and sugar syrup. It is punchy, bitter, sweet and smooth, all at the same time.

To serve, the new cocktail should come straight from the fridge, and be prepared with a good shake in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice to achieve a thick foam, and strained into a martini glass. It might be garnished with three coffee beans.

The new Espresso Martini is priced from £4.95 for a 10cl single serve; the one-litre bottle costs £32.95. The cocktail is available from the company´s online shop or at Darts Farm, Greendale Farm Shop, Dartington Cider Press, Salcombe Distilling Co. Retail Stores and River Exe Shore Shop.

Bar Buoy now has a range of 12 cocktails, available in four different bottle sizes and with plastic-free and recyclable packaging. The company donates one per cent of all its sales to Project Seagrass, a marine charity devoted to the conservation of seagrass ecosystems through education, influence, research and action.
