JB stands for Janez Bratovž, and he is a permanent fixture on the gourmet stage. He is already assisted by his son Tomaž. They prepare excellent dishes: beef, fish and seafood are delicious. Don't miss the signature dish of ravioli with cottage cheese and pistachios, served with foie gras.

An institution for Japanese food, chef Hiroki Išikava has been running the restaurant for 15 years. Sushi and sashimi become a very special delicacy under his hand. You can choose from 200 wines to accompany your meal, and beer and sake are also served.
