Tasting Notes
An initial hint of sea breeze seems to carry a hint of narcissus but there also is a waft of chalk and creamy autolysis. The palate is exquisitely slender, there is a lemony brightness and a light-footed freshness. This is vivid and rather elegant, combining exquisite lemon peel ripeness with a creamy, easy suppleness that is made all the more evident by the fine and lively bubbles. The finish is most appetizing. A.K.
