Tasting Notes
Fermented and matured in a concrete egg, this wines comes with a more subdued aromatic profile, featuring white currant and dried pear. The palate also has that lovely textural element and a flavour reminiscent of Russet pear peel. The finish is both ripe and fresh. Lovely.
