Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A very clear, fruity aroma: ripe pear, blueberry, also some pineapple. On the palate the wine has good density, lively acidity, a hint of residual sweetness that does not detract from the juiciness, the finish is taut and still closed. Potential!
