Tasting Notes
Golden with reddish hints. The nose is peppery, with notes of slate and spice, also with undertones of iodine and oyster shell. In the mouth, the wine begins with a delicate sweetness, then a taut acidity and dense extract. The wine is immensely tactile and mineral, extremely dense and long, it has a terpene-driven tartness and all components are closely integrated, perhaps all in all somewhat robust, but also really grippy and extremely impressive.
