Tasting from 27.05.2022: Dominik Vombach & Benjamin Herzog

Intense aromas on the nose with notes of preserved sour cherries, blackberry and orange. Also caramel, milk chocolate and smoky components. Medium-bodied on the palate, with lots of liquorice and confit wild berries, slightly persistent tannins, long finish.
