Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. The nose initially smells of cherry cordial, strawberry confit, violets and a pinch of pepper savouriness. Clear and radiant on the palate, with clear fruit and hearty tannins, juicy and slightly salty, drinks very well, a welcome change.
