Pale pink. Very fruity on the nose with notes of raspberry, strawberry and cherry, citrus nuances. Also very fruity on the palate, which provides a sweet drive, fine mousse and balancing acidity. Finishes long with berry notes and smoky nuances. A unique sparkling wine made from Nebbiolo.
