On the nose, delicately buttery and yeasty aromas, with some subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine has a juicy, fine-boned structure, very straightforward, full of tension, crunchy, but also aromatic, balanced with a pleasingly low dosage, with slightly peppery, mineral notes on the finish.
