Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear straw yellow with green reflections. Fresh grapefruit and lychee on the nose, reminiscent of chamomile, with a peach yoghurt aftertaste. Light-footed on the palate, with good freshness, again reminiscent of peach yoghurt, still a little young and restless.
