Tasting from 24.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dense cherry red with purple edges. On the nose, ripe plums and cherries, wilting rose petals, an echo of vegetal notes, black tea and dried thyme. On the palate, bright cherry, followed by notes of coffee grounds and dark chocolate. Drying tannins that linger.
