Tasting from 01.01.2024: Peter Moser
Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Very restrained bouquet, needs a decanter, then white pomaceous fruit, a little greengage and a hint of fresh orange zest. Complex, medium-bodied, fine fruit expression, yellow fruit, nuances, blossom honey in the finish, an elegant food wine with certain ageing potential.
