Syrah and Carignan. Pastel colours. Raspberry candy on the (still closed) nose, agile acidity on the palate, good substance and a still youthful but extremely clear and long-lasting finish. The alcohol is disciplined (only 12.5% by volume), which increases the mineral freshness and tension. A racy rosé.
