Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Rather pale in colour. Still young and closed on the nose. On the palate pronounced notes of yellow and also white fruit, the subtle sweetness balanced by lively acidity. A "Réserve" that is capable of further development and has the potential to do so.
