Fragrant, yellow apple, some quince, pear, herbs, thyme, some sweet yellow fruit, apricot. Full-bodied on the palate, juicy and also full-bodied with fine spice, ripe, crystalline acidity, the ripe, unobtrusive phenolics is well integrated, dry, rests in itself.
