Pale yellow with green reflections. Complex, ripe fruit, apple, nuts, fresh meadow herbs. Firm structure on the palate, very fine citrus notes that flirt with a hint of sweetness. This provides playfulness and liveliness. Ends with a mix of ripe apples and pomelo, without losing the focus on freshness and elegance. You have to try it!
