Tasting from 28.04.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

On the nose, a subtle, elegant bouquet of citrus, ripe apple, dried exotic fruits, and filigree spicy-floral hints. The palate is lean with straightforward acidity, lovely citrus flavours, and an equally beautiful texture with a long saline-mineral finish.
