Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections, persistent, fine bubbly mousse. Fresh golden delicious apple, hints of biscuit and blossom honey, soft yellow tropical fruit underpinnings. Taut, white stone fruit nuances, lively, fresh acidity, lemony-mineral aftertaste, a sturdy food companion.
