Tasting from 09.02.2024: Peter Moser

Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate notes of candied mandarin zest and aniseed, white peach and some blossom honey. Medium complexity palate, with a creamy texture, subtle acidity, a hint of caramel and delicate minerality. Ripe pineapple on the finish. A full-bodied food wine.

Medium yellow green colour with silver reflections. Herbal savouriness, a touch of passion fruit, subtle floral nuances, papaya in the echo. Juicy, taut, fresh acidity, delicately leafy, white stone fruits on the finish, lingers long.
