Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller
The nose is earthy and accessible. Kaffir leaves, pepper and increasingly a lime character arises. On the palate, full-bodied and punchy, again earthy notes are prominent. Balanced, plump finish.
