Coffee brown and yeasty. Nutty, dried fruit (dates with marzipan filling), almost sherry-like aroma. Gripping on the palate, some brown banana and chocolate cake. With cocoa and fine allspice tones on the finish. "Goes well with smoked meat dumplings."
