Golden brown like schnitzel breadcrumbs, subtle foam. Sweet puff pastry ("sfogliatini"), toffee, hint of salty biscuits. Powerful palate that combines sweetness, subtle saltiness and cider fruit. "Wonderful liquid caramel; actually a dessert!"
