Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Unusually smoky nose with flint and gunpowder, ripe pear, quince, apricot, hay and meadow herbs. Very mature on the palate with ripe fruit and firm structure, the lively acidity is close to the body, savoury, juicy, with good length.
