Tasting Notes
Fine, subtle oak savouriness on the nose is flanked by citric notes, fragrant, floral notes, some shrub, savoury and yellow-fruity. Shows good freshness for the warm Kaiserstuhl, fine acidity, slightly salty connotations, juicy, not too ripe, beautiful mineral savouriness. Already accessible, with certain ageing potential.
More about the tasting »U30-Trophy«Subtly nutty boisée, yeasty spontaneous notes and a varietal aroma that is more savoury than fruity. Salty, phenolics and dry on the palate, dense, with a silky varietal texture and layered minerality. Doesn't fall to its knees even with Gorgonzola.
