Internationally, the wines of Lenz Moser are an integral part of the Austrian wine scene. The winery, based in Rohrendorf near Krems, is not only the market leader in Austrian quality wine but has also always been an innovator. Among other things, the screw cap was introduced here in 1984, and since 2008 you can find it on almost all of Lenz Moser's wines.
"Small is beautiful". This also applies to the Lenz Moser winery, as a large number of winegrowers, who collectively look after around 2,700 hectares of vineyards, deliver their grapes to the winery in small batches in the autumn. To ensure that only healthy, perfectly ripened grapes are delivered, the team led by Head Oenologist Michael Rethaller maintains close contact with the winegrowers and advises them throughout the year.
In addition to the excellent quality of all the wine lines and the certainty that they have been created with the greatest attention to detail, consumers also appreciate the highly reasonable price range. Lenz Moser wines have also received the recognition they deserve from renowned wine experts at home and abroad.
