The winery Weidmann Wein is rooted in Regensberg with five hectares of vineyards. The main varieties include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. For more than 20 years, new varieties have rounded out the range. The viticultural engineers Felix Weidmann and Damian Schreiber bring their international experience in viticulture and vinification and create distinguished growths.
The wine cellar, located in the limestone rock, combines tradition and innovation, and 22 unique specialities are created from small quantities. The natural viticulture on the limestone slopes of the Jura characterises the landscape in the Zurich Unterland.
