Masseria Cuturi works with modern techniques (controlled fermentation at a controlled temperature, soft pressing) to produce high-quality wines. The main activities in the vineyard and in the cellar are carried out by hand, respecting tradition. Production is mainly dedicated to Primitivo, a rich and elegant wine. Other grape varieties cultivated are Negroamaro and Fiano (Minutolo), from which typical and very modern wines are produced for a wide public. The wines of Masseria Cuturi are certified organic.
