Villa Sommerlust is worth a visit not only in summer, even if the garden is particularly beautiful. Here there is a balanced seasonal cuisine, whose combinations are sometimes classic, sometimes surprising. In addition, there is a good selection of wines with some drops from the region.
At Beckenburg, regionality is more than just a buzzword. Here, most of the ingredients come from the surrounding area. The cooking is fresh and healthy, with a good dose of creativity. Many of the dishes have a Mediterranean or Far Eastern touch.

The Bergtrotte Osterfingen is beautifully situated - in the middle of the vineyard, with a fantastic view. But the visit is also worthwhile for the extensive wine list and the excellent cuisine. Regional classics are served, lovingly prepared from local ingredients.
At Gmaandhuus 8213, Mediterranean meets local, accompanied by excellent wines from Schaffhausen's Blauburgunderland. Chef Ivo Lobeek cooks seasonal delicacies, while host Marco Rüedi looks after the guests. The ambience is classic and dignified.
Spanish hospitality in the beautiful old town of Schaffhausen. Al Andalus serves tapas and daily menus at lunchtime, with a larger menu of Andalusian dishes in the evening. The much-praised paella is served by advance order, often by the chef himself.
The Fass Beiz is "Chuchi, Kafi and Bar" at the same time. There is something fine to eat and drink here all day long. The cuisine is down-to-earth and uncomplicated. At noon, good, healthy and inexpensive lunch menus are served and in the evening, the selection is somewhat larger.
Dining in an elegant and cosy ambience directly on the Rhine – that's what you get at Güterhof. The menu is varied with Swiss classics, seasonal dishes and meat from the hot stone grill. If that doesn't appeal to you, choose a dish from the Japanese sushi menu.
The Schlössli Wörth is enthroned on a rock in the middle of the Rhine. The view of Europe's largest waterfall would be reason enough to visit, but it's also worth it for the delicious food. The menu includes classics like Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, but also curry.
