Set on the crystal-clear water of the Adriatic Sea, the location of this beautiful hotel and spa is fantastic. Rough stone walls frame the bistro's terrace. The dishes all have terrific zing - for example, the duck liver mousse is served with a muscat jelly and fig compote. Wonderful wine selection.
