Medium brilliant greenish yellow (amazing for its age). Distinctive aroma of yellow stone fruit, hay and buttery notes with a delicate touch of caramel, some tobacco. Lively acidity on the palate with a sweetish undertone, delicately savoury with hints of white pepper. Juicy citrus fruit lingers well on the finish. Animatingly refreshing, despite its "age".
