Brunner Weinmanufaktur is a first-generation family business on Lake Sempach. Since 2007, vineyards have been continuously planted. Currently, there are 15 hectares, which are distributed among the locations Sempachersee, Seetal and the region of Lenzburg. In Eichberg on Lake Sempach, where the largest vineyard is located, the new winery with cellar is currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy in summer 2023. Some of the work will be carried out in accordance with organic guidelines.
Around a third of the vineyard area has already been converted to organic cultivation.
