It's not as flashy as the works of its namesake Joseph Beuys, but it's certainly creative. The drinks come across as small works of art - even at the outdoor bar - and are true rarities. A small foretaste: a piece of Ibérico ham floats in the whisk(e)y or a skeleton leaf in the "Herb & Fennel Negroni".
