In the beginning there was ice cream. Walter Stoller learned how to make it in Italy and opened a gelateria in Zurich in 1938. In 1945, he moved to the Hotel Stoller, where the cosy bistro still exists today. Fine home cooking is served - and still excellent ice cream!
